Per night for up to two adults: $60.00; 3 nights minimum stay
Additional persons are $10.00 each (limited to 2)
Children under 5 are free (limited to 2)
Weekly rates @ $350 and monthly rates @ $1200
Reservations are required, as certain dates are booked months in advance.

Balance due upon arrival. Note: Sorry, I can no longer take personal, off-island checks for payment of the balance due. Our bank requires almost 3 weeks to clear these checks. Please be prepared to pay your balance by money order, traveler's check, bank check or cash upon arrival.
Extensions to your period of stay are subject to
availability. A non-arrival on expected date will be cause for canceling the reservations. Please inform us of any delays.
A car is required, and we will be happy to refer you to car rental agencies.
Damaged or missing items will be assessed and the cost added to your bill. The facility is cleaned thoroughly in preparation for your arrival. Bedding and linens will be laundered and the unit cleaned once a week if your stay is a longer duration.
